FASmatic® is an innovative floor conveyor system most frequently chosen for transporting tooling plates as part of powertrain assembly and the marriage process.

FASmatic® is supplied automatically and permanently with power by FASmotion an inductive electrical supply system. Two power cables laid in the floor provide non-contact power transfer for motion, lift and route tracking operations as well as for work processes carried out on the component platforms. The most significant advantages of FASmatic® are that it has no need of batteries or error-prone tow cables and busbars and that it eliminates the usual problems associated with dirt and wear-and-tear.

Communication via Wireless LAN with FASmatic-Master. This system co-ordinates vehicles, movement instructions and process cycles. Global hardware and software standards make WLAN easy to handle.
