Twin Trolley System® (TTS)

This modern, overhead conveyor system allows free access to the interior and underbody of the vehicle body. Equipped optionally with a flexible lift suspension fixture, the conveyor allows the body to be lowered to any working level. It is thus eminently suitable for body in white and final assembly area. The drives are housed not in the carriages but in the rail. The two trolleys of a carriage are driven positively by means of gear wheels via dogs. This allows very high speeds to be achieved.
