The spray booth – the heart of the paint shop – is built up of modules incorporating easy to clean components that can be adapted flexibly to suit your requirements.
On request, Dürr designs and installs spray booths with integrated application and conveyor technologies based on process parameters, such as building details, space availability, capacities and throughput times.
Heat recovery, air conditioning and paint overspray scrubbing are all part of the product, as is its ease of maintenance.
The completeness of the system assures effective interaction of all components so that high first run rates are attained whilst energy consumption is minimized and unit costs are reduced. Process-oriented simulation at an early stage assures the best possible implementation of all processes.
All Ecopaint Booth components are brought together via standardized, well-matched interfaces. This allows us to find individual solutions and alignment with even the most varied of requirements.
