Rotational dip process RoDip represents perfect harmonization between plant and conveyor equipment. Rotation of the body optimizes the whole process of immersion, flooding and draining.

RoDip technology is suitable for pretreatment (PT), electro-dip painting (ED) and bodywashing and its problem free utilization is possible not only in the automotive and automotive supply industries but also in general industry.

Utilization of RoDip shortens plant length and saves valuable space. And its performance is always convincing: excellent corrosion protection, first class surface quality and attractive operating costs.

RoDip V

RoDip M is equipped with a chain drive on both sides of the tank. This pulls the rotating carrier through the process line and allows both linear and rotational movements.

RoDip E has an electrically driven transport unit on one side of the tank comprising both transport and rotation drives. An absolute path measurement system and WLAN ensure optimum control  

With RoDip V the degree of freedom is expanded by a vertical axis, thus enabling a maximum of flexibility. The car body can be moved through the tank with individually programmable immersion curves and optimal draining angles can be set.
