The EcoCFlex system combines proven cleaning processes with the flexibility of a completely integrated 6 axis robot. This enables the system to be integrated into running production processes as well to cover for production peaks. Thanks to the robot system, the cleaning process can be easily and quickly adapted to accommodate different workpieces. One highlight of this system is the new robot gripper. Whereas many grippers are designed according to the workpiece with the associated costs of adaptation, the EcoCFlex gripper can be easily adjusted to suit different workpieces and requirements.
