Sealing: Robot application for injecting insulating materials

In the area of sealing technology we have developed a robot-based application products for outfitting car bodies with insulating materials. While insulation mats are delivered and manually inserted in the conventional process, our solution involves injecting insulation material with a newly developed applicator. The automated process guarantees not only more precision, higher quality, and absolute reproducibility, but also saves production space and storage costs.
