In the sealing area, we have developed a robot procedure for the application of damming materials on car body internal areas. While insulation mats are delivered and manually inserted in the conventional process, our solution involves injecting insulation material with a newly developed applicator. The automated process guarantees not only more precision, higher quality, and absolute reproducibility, but also saves production space and storage costs.
