Dürr amongst the top 5 for the innovation prize awarded by the German business community
Dürr has reached the final of the renowned "Innovation Award of the German Economy" with its dry separation system EcoDryScrubber in 2010. Infineon was the winner amongst the top five candidates in the category "Large business enterprises". There is no further ranking for the other four companies. Altogether, 320 entries were made. The competition is organized by the Wirtschaftsclub Rhein-Main.
Since it was introduced just over two years ago, the EcoDryScrubber has turned into a success story. More than 36 lines of the energy-efficient spray booth system have since been ordered, with customers including VW, BMW, Mercedes, Chery and Shanghai General Motors.
