Summary of all 2007 publications in accordance with § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz)
Dürr AG issues shares authorized for trading in a regulated market and is obliged under the terms of § 10 Section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) to make an „annual declaration“ available to the public at least once a year. This mainly summarizes, in the form of a list, all information that, in compliance with certain securities related regulations, was made available to the public between January 1 and December 31, 2007.
We would point out, however, that the items of information included in or to which reference is made in this annual declaration may be out of date.
