Dürr AG appoints deputy member of the board of management

Dr. Reinhold Grau, 45, has been appointed as deputy board member (Technology) of Dürr AG, Stuttgart, effective from 1.11.1999. This resolution was passed in the supervisory board's meeting held on 29.10.1999. Apart from his function as a member of Dürr AG's board of management, Dr. Grau will be continuing as managing director of the subsidiary Dürr Systems GmbH, where he has been responsible for the Application Techniques business unit since 1990.
With sales totaling over DM 2,100 million in 1998, Dürr counts among the world-leading system suppliers in the fields of paint finishing, industrial cleaning and environmental systems.
