x-light „Do you see?“ – Better vista due to a new gantry system
On Testing Expo 2012 Dürr Assembly Products presents the new ef-ficient, technically attractive and modular gantry system x-light for the adjustment of head lamps and driver assistance systems.
All current light sources, equal if LED, xenon or halogen, could be measured and
adjusted precisely. The modular design allows later conversions, e.g. the installation of other driver assistance tests or the alteration to the fully automated head lamp adjustment.
Therefore, a simultaneous or later installation of functions like doppler-generators, radar calibration or the mounting and precise positioning of special calibration targets is possible, without any problem.
The compact design consists of a stable and ultra-light aluminium frame, which leads to a higher rigidity and less vibrations. The light collection box is positioned either manually or automatically. Inside the light collection box the established Dürr GigE camera is working.
According to the space-saving lightweight construction and the also reduced installation effort, shorter delivery times and reduced costs can be realized.
