Wixom, December 2006 – Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. (Wixom, MI and Bowling Green, OH, USA) announces their agreement with Herding Filtertechnik (Amberg, Germany) and the MonlanGroup (Westlake, OH, USA) to integrate DeltaForce™ permanent filter media technology into its portfolio and market this product worldwide.
Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. (Wixom, MI and Bowling Green, OH, USA) announces their agreement with Herding Filtertechnik (Amberg, Germany) and the MonlanGroup (Westlake, OH, USA) to integrate DeltaForce™ permanent filter media technology into its portfolio and market this product worldwide.
DeltaForce™, a product developed and refined in numerous studies around the world, addresses the ambitious goal of superior filtration results using Herding® permanent media HSL Micro Coat Filter Elements (patent pending), and dramatically improves client life cycle costs associated with coolant filtration processes. Already, the HSL Micro Coat filter element surpasses the requirements of current environmental technology. The body of the HSL Micro Coat filter element is formed by a sintered polyethylene PE-matrix. The filter surface is built by a micro-porous coating which is firmly embedded into the pores of the PE-matrix. This unique technology adapted from Herding’s permanent media air filtration systems obtains consistent results never before seen in the permanent media coolant filtration industry and has the potential to revolutionize the fine filtration coolant market.
