Ecopure™ Compact Thermal Oxidizer (CTO)
The CTO series of regenerative thermal oxidizers is a product that will be more price competitive in smaller processes (10,000 scmh or less).
The CTO series is still able to achieve high levels of VOC destruction efficiency along with the simplicity, reliability, and maintainability that customers come to expect from Dürr.
The CTO series is comprised of three different styles: the Series 100, the Series 200, and the Series 300. The subtle, but important differences between each allows Dürr to fit a system to most any customer’s application and price range.

The state of the art Ecopure™ CTO Series 100 RTO system with an economical dual bed package is designed to be pulled out of a standard 20’ ISO cargo container and installed at your facility in a few hours.
The CTO Series 100 is available in pre-engineered sizes up to 3,000scfm per unit.
- Ecopure® CTO 200
CTO 200
The Ecopure™ CTO Series 200 offers the benefits of high heat recovery and process application flexibility of regenerative thermal oxidization, designed in an economical 2-bed package to create an outstanding overall value.
The CTO Series 200 can destroy 95% to 98% of VOCs in the process and is available in pre-engineered sizes up to 25,000 scfm.
- Ecopure® CTO 300
CTO 300
The Ecopure™ CTO Series 300 fundamentally differs from the CTO Series 200 with the inclusion of a third exchange bed.
This additional bed allows the Series 300 to achieve 99%+ VOC destruction efficiency.
For customers who need maximum performance, the Series 300 is their choice. The CTO Series 300 is available in pre-engineered sizes up to 25,000 scfm.
All Ecopure™ CTO system components are pre-assembled at the climate controlled manufacturing location thus assuring a high standard of manufacturing quality and fast installation at the customer’s facility.
As a result, it takes only 3-4 days from delivery to handover to the production team – including training of customer’s personnel.
Ecopure™ CTO systems are suitable for exhaust air purification in almost all industries including the chemical and pharmaceutical, printing and coating, and automotive painting industries.
