Dürr’s activities in India began when the company built a galvanizing line for Tata at Jamshedpur. Today – almost fifty years later – nearly all Dürr business units are active there and offer high quality balancing and diagnostic machines, application, paint and final assembly systems as well as environmental systems, industrial cleaning and automation solutions and consulting activities. Like the OEMs themselves, Dürr has expanded its capacities on the sub-continent with a view not only to serving the local market but also to making itself available to customers outside India as an Engineering and Service Center with international know-how and local experience. 

Beside this product offering in India, Dürr´s product range also includes Aircraft and Technology Systems with assembly and painting systems for the aviation industry.
