Changes in the Boards of Management of Dürr AG and Carl Schenck AG

Frank Haun, 43, member of Dürr AG's Board of Management responsible for the Measuring Systems and Ecoclean business units and, at the same time, chairman of Carl Schenck AG's Board of Management, is leaving the Dürr Group at his own request as of March 31, 2003 to take a new position with Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, Munich.

Dürr AG's Supervisory Board has complied with Mr. Haun's request to leave the company. It thanks him for his many years of successful and dedicated service and wishes him great success in his new position.

Stephan Rojahn, who is replacing Hans Dieter Pötsch as chairman of Dürr AG's Board of Management on January 1, 2003, as already reported, will be responsible for Dürr's Measuring Systems and Ecoclean business units in the future. The assignment of duties within the Dürr Board of Management will otherwise remain unchanged.
