Do you aspire to hold a management position, and have you demonstrated recognisable management potential in your current position? Then we will support your promotion to the position of a team leader or departmental manager, for instance.

We primarily recruit our new managerial employees from our own staff, and through our own Dürr model of management expertise, we ensure a universal appreciation of what it means to be a manager throughout the company. Regular feedback to develop your strengths and to plan further individual measures ensures continuity in your development.

Further training

The requirements of our tasks are varied and change all the time. The skills that we require are as varied as the training that we offer. Whether it is specialist or methodology training, personal training, internal knowledge transfers, coaching sessions or project management seminars - we orient ourselves to your personal requirements for training and qualification and also continually evaluate the quality of our further training.

Entry

We have convinced you and you have convinced us. The basis for a successful cooperation has been created. We would like to wish you a warm welcome!

We support you during your initial months at our company with a systematic induction plan, and we accompany the further development of your skills with wide-ranging measures both in the context of your actual job as well as accompanying training sessions.

During your induction you are supported by a mentor from your department. Your mentor will accompany you during your initial months and listen to all of your questions and concerns.

Expert career

Do you already have in depth knowledge of your area and would you like to develop it further? As a technological leader we work on the basis of our experts' know-how and therefore open all further development possibilities. As an expert, with increasing experience, you are responsible for and coordinate ever more important themes, thereby growing into ever more demanding tasks.

Project career

Do you enjoy working on complex projects in international teams? Our project managers draw on both technical and commercial knowledge and manage projects in close collaboration with our clients to achieve successful results. To rise to these challenges you require coordinating expertise, the power to convince and a keen orientation towards goals.

Through managing sub-projects you grow into this task and simultaneously gain experience for assuming overall responsibility for your project. To this end we offer modular training which is aligned exactly to the special requirements of the project management.
