Your Tasks:
- Duties: Responsible for supporting our U.S. and global business management with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and variance analysis on a profit & loss (P&L) and cash flow basis; prepare monthly BU reporting packages including scorecards, P&L, balance sheets, order analysis, trade receivables, and legal issues; prepare monthly contract schedules and reconcile them to SAP; process and analyze monthly SAP closing transactions such as RA, cost settlements, and allocations, and assist with and support any SAP upgrades; work with project controllers to ensure projects are reported correctly within SAP; prepare and analyze monthly simulation models, department efficiency charts, actual to budget analysis, and additional ad hoc reports as required; utilize budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, HFM, and SAP to perform duties; coordinate with finance to provide necessary resources and information in a supportive manner to ensure proper reporting; assist in P&L budget preparation, cost center planning, hourly rate calculations, and presentations; provide necessary ad hoc reporting on an as needed basis, and prepare audit documentation as needed; and follow and maintain effective policies and procedures that ensure timely execution of the Durr Controlling Manual.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
- Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Finance Trainee, or in a related occupation;
- Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year’s use of all the following: budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, HFM, and SAP.
- Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Salary: $86,840 per year
