- Use Navisworks to combine and coordinate 3D models and identify potential layout conflicts.
- Lead layout and BIM coordination activities to support efficient, collision-free installation.
- Develop and maintain process manufacturing layouts and facility-level building documentation.
- Coordinate equipment placement, access requirements, clearances, and interfaces between building systems and paint finishing equipment.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, equipment information, and customer documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and resolve real or potential layout and design issues.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimating, project management, contractors, suppliers, and customers.

- Advanced hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD 3D.
- Experience using Navisworks for 3D model coordination and layout integration.
- Demonstrated ability to create original drawings and layouts—not solely review, redline, or revise the work of others.
- Experience developing process manufacturing layouts and building documentation.
- Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Understanding of BIM coordination, equipment interfaces, spatial requirements, and multidisciplinary facility layouts.
- Experience with MicroStation or Inventor may be considered when accompanied by strong industrial 3D layout experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
