Compact single-level design
EcoSmartCure is based on a fully integrated oven concept. All key functional components, including the central heating circuit, temperature control, and recirculation fans, are installed directly in the oven tunnel. As a result, the oven does not require additional air circulation units on separate levels and can be integrated into the paint shops in a space-saving manner. The compact design reduces investment costs and provides convenient access to all relevant components. Maintenance and service work can be performed easily and safely at floor level.

Energy flexibility and efficiency
With Qflex technology, EcoSmartCure can be flexibly adapted to meet a variety of requirements regarding energy supply, capital costs, and operating costs. Depending on the requirements, different heating methods, exhaust air purification systems, and efficiency standards can be combined. For example, the choice of exhaust air purification—such as electrically powered RTO systems and conventional gas-fired exhaust air purification—is made to match the selected heating method.
This results in an oven system that is specifically tailored to the operator’s priorities. Whether it’s a cost-effective entry-level solution with low CAPEX, maximum energy efficiency, or minimal operating costs over the system’s entire lifecycle—the modular design enables the right configuration.
The system also remains flexible to meet future requirements. Changing the heating method, integrating new energy sources, or expanding to a hybrid energy concept can be implemented with minimal effort. This makes EcoSmartCure particularly attractive for long-term investment strategies as well as for modernization and brownfield projects.
