Your Tasks
Support the management and continuous development of the AGV / AMR product portfolio throughout the complete product lifecycle.
Gather, analyze and prioritize customer, market and internal requirements and translate them into product improvements and development initiatives.
Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and R&D, Operations and global Product Management teams to ensure alignment between market requirements and product capabilities.
Support the preparation of business cases, pricing strategies and product positioning activities.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions to better understand customer requirements and future market needs.
Support the creation of marketing, sales and training materials related to AGV products and solutions.
Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve competitiveness, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the standardization of AGV solutions and the development of scalable product offerings.
Your Skills
Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline.
First professional experience (2-5 years) in Product Management, Application Engineering, Automation, Intralogistics, AGV/AMR Systems or related technical environments.
Strong technical understanding of automated production, intralogistics, AGV/AMR systems or industrial automation solutions.
Experience working in cross-functional and international project environments.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent Italian and English skills; additional languages such as German are considered a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
