Your Tasks:

  • The Senior Manager - Service is responsible for leading and coordinating service operations supporting Dürr Automotive paint finishing and automation systems at customer manufacturing facilities. This role manages Field Service Engineers and Service Specialists, oversees daily service scheduling, and ensures effective execution of service activities.
    The Senior Manager - Service provides both operational leadership and technical guidance to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and aftermarket service activities. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to maintain reliable equipment performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate daily field service activities and service call scheduling
  • Supervise Field Service Engineers and Service Specialists
  • Assign service calls and prioritize customer support activities
  • Ensure timely response to emergency service requests
  • Monitor service workload and resource utilization
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes and procedures
  • Supervise training department operations
  • Provide technical leadership supporting Dürr Automotive finishing and automation systems, including:

Your Skills:

  • Required
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical service or field service environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation and finishing equipment
  • Experience supporting equipment at customer manufacturing facilities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Preferred
  • Experience with Dürr Automotive equipment and installations
