Your Tasks

BBS Automation, Kahle, teamtechnik und HEKUMA bilden seit 2023 zusammen die Business Unit „Production Automation“ im Dürr-Konzern. Um die enge Zusammenarbeit auch nach außen besser zu kommunizieren, firmieren wir seit Juni 2025 als „BBS Automation“ und treten zusammen unter dieser Marke auf. Gemeinsam bieten wir für viele Branchen ein umfassendes Portfolio von der Entnahmetechnik, über Zuführtechnik, Montage- und Prüfanlagen bis hin zu Palettiersystemen –
weltweit und aus einer Hand.
Für die Mehrarbeit im Rahmen des Markenwechsels suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung, zunächst befristet auf sechs Monate.
Folgende Aufgaben kommen auf Sie zu:

  • Pflege des BBS Intranets und Erstellung von Intranetseiten (Unterstützung der Fachabteilung bei der Contentpflege, Erstellung von News etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messen und Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen
  • Erstellung von Social Media Beiträgen (Bilder, Videos bzw. Reels, Texte) in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und Standorten
  • Pflege des BBS DAM (Digital Asset Managements)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Websiteinhalten
  • Unterstützung bei der CRM Einführung
  • Erstellen von Reportings und Auswertungen
  • Generelle Unterstützung des Marketingteams

Your Skills

  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing oder in verwandten Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Online-Marketing, Social Media, Content-Erstellung und -Management wünschenswert
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien und neuen Technologien
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office Produkten, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Adobe Photoshop und Premiere wünschenswert
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
