EcoBell4: fast color changes, all paint systems, one high-speed rotary atomizer

The new EcoBell4 high-speed rotary atomizer comes in two variants: The basic model meets all the necessary quality standards for one- and two-component paints, while the EcoBell4 Pro version has been developed to fulfill special requirements. This means that we have just the right atomizer for all internal and external painting tasks. The standard version is packed with a whole series of innovations. There are sensors to measure speed and vibration and to detect imbalances and ongoing wear. In addition, we use RFID technology to record the components’ operating parameters. The goal is a preventive maintenance regime, and the EcoBell4 makes it possible.
The Pro version goes one step further. With four-main-needle technology, the universal bell disk/shaping air system and the removable external charging system, we are setting new standards of efficiency and resource consumption. Color changes can be completed in only four seconds, less rinsing agent is needed, process costs are kept to a minimum and the VOC emissions in the booth are reduced. The result is perfect paint quality and a low environmental impact.
This is particularly true in combination with our new EcoProBooth spray booth, which allows internal and external painting to take place in the same booth. This is where the EcoBell4 Pro Ux comes in because it provides narrow spray jets for internal painting and the broader jets required for external painting. In addition, metallic paints present no problem.
