Dürr Assembly Products GmbH, a company of the Dürr AG, operates in the division paint and final assembly systems and delivers products, systems and equipment for demanding assembly and testing functions in the final assembly of automotive industry from the sites in Püttlingen (Germany), Radom (Poland) and Shanghai (China).
The focus is on high precision systems in the field of assembly and testing technology. The product range includes the pre-assembly of components such as front and rear axles, the demanding axle setting and the highly complex assembly stage in the vehicle production – the so called marriage, in which the power train, chassis and vehicle body are joined and bolted together with the utmost precision.
Modern vehicles have a large number of mechatronic systems such as drive units, brakes, chassis, headlamps and driver assistance systems. Our engineers are continuously developing innovative technologies for the adjustment and testing of those safety-relevant systems.
Dürr Assembly Products is successfully positioned in the market due to the fact that our experts commit themselves to environment and effective utilization of resources. For example, due to a precise wheel geometry adjustment the fuel consumption and tyre wear of cars and commercial vehicles can be reduced significantly.
