Electric rotational dip process – RoDip Ezy
The RoDip® rotational dip process allows the rotation of the entire body to be custom programmed to give excellent corrosion prevention. RoDip Ezy replaces the complex turntables and enables the trolleys to navigate curves.
RoDip Ezy simplifies the rotational dip process and represents an enhancement of RoDip E. The rail system and the drive trolleys have been redesigned, the electrical components and control units updated and the lifting devices improved. The turntables have been removed and a new, much more compact gearbox has been used.
The new curved line route makes it possible for the trolleys to navigate left-hand and right-hand curves, allowing the technically complex turntables to be replaced. In addition to the classic two-loop system, a shared loop (one loop) is also available with the same trolleys used for pretreatment and electrocoating. The routing of RoDip Ezy can be adapted to accommodate space restrictions or differing distances between the steps in the process. The rotating drive uses a tried-and-tested cycloidal gearbox which offers a high load-bearing capacity and maximum torque while keeping weight to a minimum.
