EcoMeter XS – The precise microdispenser

The EcoMeter XS from Dürr brings precision to the ultra-low-volume range. The compact microdispenser applies 1K and 2K adhesives and sealants continuously and repeatably. It is ideal for use in demanding applications such as battery assembly, electronics manufacturing, and electric motor production.

Powerful performance features

Whether it's spot application on round cells, bonding magnets into electric servo motors, or small-volume potting processes – with a flow rate of less than 1.0 cm³/s, the EcoMeter XS enables a broad range of precision dispensing tasks. The microdispensing system can even handle highly filled materials and ensures high process stability with an accuracy of less than 1 percent.

No refill downtime

The EcoMeter XS continuously meters and applies the material without interrupting the material flow. This eliminates the need for refilling during dispensing. As a result, cycle times are short and material application is uniform. The dispensing volume can be continuously adjusted to suit the specific application. This ensures that exactly the right amount of material is applied to the component.

Compact and easy to integrate

Its lightweight and space-saving design makes the EcoMeter XS highly flexible. It is suitable for installation on industrial robots, gantry systems, and low-payload robots. This makes the micro-dispenser ideal for compact manufacturing cells and automated production lines. The dispensing control with a standardized interface simplifies integration into cell PLCs or motion controllers.

Flexible configurations
