Bietigheim-Bissingen Germany, September 20th, 2013 – A detailed overview on production lines and the resulting analysis of optimization potentials is the prerequisite for any increases in efficiency. EcoEMOS from Dürr solves these tasks as a widely used MES system in the automotive industry.

With EcoEMOS, Dürr offers on a common database platform different solution packages. Their visualization with the software EMOS.web, based on PowerPoint, is easy to master and offers round-the-clock a web-based access. By linking data from the ERP level with the current plant data, numerous easily configurable analyses are generated and provided to the user.

The modular system concept (software + engineering + implementation) enables problem-free modifications and expansions of plant areas possible for the user team, thus reducing implementation costs. The software has a multi lingual configuration for worldwide use.

Numerous applications demonstrate the efficiency of this well-structured software. The common database makes clear advantages possible for the operator and for further integration. A simple and intuitive user interface reduces training costs to a minimum and increases acceptance.
