Flex decking combines highly automated systems with manual, servo-assisted workstations to provide the highest level of operator ergonomics. The three Flex decking levels are designed to offer maximum flexibility in the smallest of spaces, thus saving energy.

The new Light Deck is the perfect solution for marriage operations for low to medium production rates.
With the flexibility of Flex decking and the same modular concept, Light Deck can be implemented, reduced or moved at any time after installation, making it adaptable to new production needs.
What’s more, its transit stations can be easily converted to working stations if the production requirements should change over time.
Light Deck is designed on one level, and is therefore suitable for plants with reduced heights as well.
It is compatible with any type of conveyor (either TTS® or traditional conveyors), and doesn’t require special foundations or construction work in case of line modifications.

Light Deck reaches its full potential in combination with the advanced technology of ProFleet, the new AGV system for general assembly. In fact, when these solutions are combined, customers can optimize line feeding processes thanks to the proximity of the ProFleet loop to the subassembly lines.
