Your Tasks
- Administration of the Antimalware-Cloud Infrastructure (Intune/Defender) and Antimalware Services
- Administration and Maintenance of the Application Control- Infrastructure (Server, Databases, Depots), as well as their configuration, support and optimization
- Ensuring service quality, availability and IT security
- Operation and further development of the services and rule sets
- Monitoring of our worldwide malware alert situation and agent installation status
- Ensuring the function of the individual service client and server components
- Analyzing and fixing Malware and Application Control problems in 2nd level
- Creation and management of exceptions rules
- Manual Device On- and Offboarding (in case of problems)
- Automation of antimalware cleaning solutions and performance improvements
- Remote client support, advice and support for local administrators at the global locations of the Dürr Group
- Isolation of vulnerable clients and final release after sanitization
- Negotiation and support of the Follow-the-Sun Team (colleagues)
Your Skills
- Well-founded training in the field of antimalware management and minimum 3 years of experience with such systems
Must Have:
- Defender 365
- Linux server and desktop operating systems
- Management of Antimalware solutions
- Linux security solutions
- Problem solving and analytical skills at L2 / L3
- Knowledge of Bash (Shell Scripting)
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
Good to have:
- Certifications in Linux Administrator is a plus
