Providing support to create the very best environment
Marketing activities e.g. making sure D&D is present in intra/internet
Communication activities: highlighting the achievements, communicating the progress on ideas, conducting workshops and events
Managing all Department Meetings by gathering data from all the participating teams
Organising off-sites and other such activities with the HR team
Organising virtual promotional and team-building events
Keep an engagement with the team to get feedback on the effectiveness of the implemented ideas
Conducting surveys within and outside unit, like DevEx surveys
Collaboration with several teams/ departments
Your Skills
Tech-enthusiast, having a sufficient computer skills
Reliable and Customer-oriented

Great communicator
Good with designs and content creation such as newsletters, posters,
Enthusiastic & Creative
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues, proposing solutions
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, showing flexibility in supporting various HR functions
Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks, taking initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining administrative procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Good to have:
- Content development or communications experience
- Familiarity with IT skills or the IT industry
