- building expertise accounting knowledge in our SSC Finance teams
- problem solving more complex accounting and tax topics
- being a sparring partner for local accountants to discuss complex accounting and tax topic
- creating and maintaining knowledge libraries incl exception lists and making sure our finance teams consistently improving their knowledge
- handling month-end closing and year-end closing activities
- developing and improving accounting procedures, policies and internal controls
- reviewing internal controls and account reconciliation and supporting internal and external audit activities
- participating in consolidation processes in line with group accounting policies
- consulting the transition of financial processes into the Shared Services Center
