Your Tasks
- Based in Warwick, working under a hybryd home/ office arrangement with occasional site visits as required, you will become part of our Service and Spares team reporting to the Spare Parts Team Leader.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the supply of spares to internal / external customers and for assisting with the development of new markets for spares sales.
- You will be responsible for coordinating export logistics associated with equipment deliveries in the UK and Overseas.
- Additionally you will be responsible for operating and controlling our stores area including day-to-day management of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Your Skills
- You will have previous administration experience from within a fast moving customer service environment.
- You will have experience of selling spare parts to customers, ideally from within an Engineering environment.
- You will have experience of handling customer enquiries, processing orders, queries and complaints over various correspondence platforms.
- You will have a high degree of computer literacy and the ability to use MS office applications.
- Previous experience of using SAP is preferred.
- You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with the customer at all levels and build productive working relationships with all internal/external customers.
- You will be self motivated and have the ability to prioritise and plan workloads and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- You will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work independently and within a team.
