Your Tasks
Documentation and CE Certification Manager is in charge of documentation to meet machine directive 2006/42/CE and in line with customer needs.
Reporting to the PFS Design Manager, the CE Documentation and Certification Manager will have the following main missions :
- Establish technical files for technical maintenance and operating documentation for the projects of our various clients,
- Establish risk analyzes with the participation of project and client teams if necessary,
- Develop CE certification files with the participation of project teams,
- Collaborate with the client to produce documentation following contractual milestones,
- Establish subcontracting specifications for inspection bodies,
- Validate subcontracted control services,
- Monitor service providers in the event of documentary subcontracting depending on the projects,
- Create some of the documents (list of spare parts, maintenance plan, list of materials, etc.) necessary for documentation and CE certification
He/She will also be responsible for :
- Collect the standards in force necessary for the company's activity,
- Ensure normative monitoring,
- Ensure that the regulations in force are considered and respected from the study phase until receipt of the installation by the customer,
- Monitor and define the burden of documentation activity by subcontracting part to one or more service providers
Your Skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent or minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in the documentary field
- Good knowledge of standards in the industrial field
- Good IT knowledge required: Pack Office, SAP
- Languages required: Fluent French – English (B2 minimum)
