Essential Functions and Responsibilities

 

  • Review and update technical service reports for distribution to customers and the Dürr Systems technical support team.
  • Identify, validate, and route leads for sales opportunities.
  • Have the ability to navigate and understand Dürr business operating systems utilized for tracking future service and parts opportunities, equipment service and parts history, document customer feedback and including opportunity resolution.
  • Provide customers with formal documentation and introduce and involve needed sales team members to the customer.
  • Analyze costs/profit margins of Customer Care contracts.
  • Monitor status of service contracts
  • Monitor the status of and provide subscription renewal proposals for Dürr's remote connectivity programs.
  • Provide monthly report to Service management of the previous month's activities.
  • Travel up to 10% to customer facilities can be expected.
  • Provide 24/7 customer support on a rotating basis.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Associate's degree or related equivalent experience in electromechanical field, with emphasis of technical writing.
  • Two - four years in a technical and customer service setting preferred.
  • Ability to analyze technical reports and data, then summarizing in a professional customer facing document.
  • A strong track record of providing excellent customer communications, through all mediums.
  • A passion and ability to identify potential opportunities.
  • A technical understanding of industrial production equipment is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
